How to Order

English Rose Stationery have tried to make the order process as easy as possible for you.  However, if you have any questions regarding your requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us on, or 01208 813033.

  1. Once you have decided on your chosen stationery collection, please complete and submit our Order Form which can be found on the right of this page.  Quantities for On the Day items only need to be estimated at this stage and can adjusted later on.   Please note, P&P charges will be added and confirmed in the email confirmation detailed in the paragraph below.
  2. An email confirmation of your order inclusive of P&P charges will be sent along with a Customer Confirmation Form and the relevant wording samples for your order.  Please note if you require a gift list poem, please just ask and we will email samples across for you.
  3. A signed Customer Confirmation Form will need to be posted to us to confirm acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.  You will also need to enclose a personal cheque or Postal Order, made payable to Sarah Buckmaster for your order. If you are ordering invitations only, these will require full payment up front.  With regards to split orders, a 50% non refundable deposit is required, with the final 50% balance payable prior to commencement of the additional stationery. Payment can also be made via direct bank transfer.  Please contact us on 01208 813033 for the relevant payment information.
  4. Electronic wording proofs will always be sent to you for approval prior to any print run commencing.  Should you decide to make any amendments to the wording, a revised proof will ALWAYS be sent, therefore, adding peace of mind that until your email confirmation of approval is received, the print run will not start.
  5. No proofs will be supplied for items requiring printed guest names, for example, place cards and table plans.  You will need to supply us with a list of the names and it is your responsibility to ensure that ALL spellings are correct.
  6. At least 4 weeks before your Wedding date, you will need to contact us to let us know your final quantities for ‘On the Day’ items, and send us the details required (i.e guest names for place cards, table plan layout and names, table names/numbers, and wording for Order of Service and Menus).
  7. Allowing for any adjustments to the quantities from the initial order form, we will let you know the final balance payable which must be received prior to starting any of the additional items.

If you require your stationery urgently, we offer an Express Order Service for an additional £35 per order. This guarantees a 14 day turnaround from receipt of payment and/or confirmation of invitation wording. This service is subject to availability and may not be available during busy periods. Please contact us before placing your order if you require our Express Order Service.
